Leadership Reflection

Message from the Founder and Chaperone of HALBLOG

Dear Beloved Household of Faith,

I thank God Almighty for granting me this undeserved and unmerited privilege to contribute to the lives of His royal priesthood—His beloved people, for whom He spared not His only begotten Son, but freely gave Him up for us all (Romans 8:32). In humility, I acknowledge my own imperfections, weaknesses and limitations, yet the Lord has kindled in my heart a burning passion to see households that truly honor and glorify Him in every aspect of life.

Like the prodigal son in Luke 15, I once wandered far from my Father’s house, engaging in things abominable and worthy of condemnation. But in His boundless mercy, God welcomed me back with open arms, clothing me in grace and restoring me through repentance. In this divine favor, He has entrusted me—as the chief among prodigals—with the sacred mandate of Global Household Literacy through Church of the Home podcast to discuss our shared identity and Commonwealth in Christ. It is my profound honor and lifelong privilege to lead and serve a great people such as you, sharing the encounters and experiences from my time away from God, that they may illuminate the path of others back to the Father’s embrace.

Let us be clear: The Church of the Home podcast and initiative is not a corporate congregation as the name might suggest, but rather the domestic church woven into the very fabric of the family unit. The family is indeed a true church—a little ecclesia—possessing the same divine character and components as the larger body of Christ. The corporate church and the domestic church are inextricably interwoven, sharing the supreme value of glorifying God Himself.

Yet, in these shifting times, with cultural tides eroding eternal truths, the ethical foundations of our domestic churches—our families—have been compromised by worldly pursuits. Mundane lifestyles have plunged many homes into chaos, fracturing the sacred bonds that God intended to reflect His love.

We earnestly pursue lasting success, seeking to break cycles of generational poverty and limitation. However, true prosperity demands addressing foundational issues. Until we confront our daily habits and embrace the fundamental shifts that only practical, godly wisdom can provide, progress may remain elusive. Without nurturing in truth, moral growth, and disciplined living, the success we crave will slip through our fingers. Above all, if we neglect the essence, purpose, and beauty of life found in Christ Jesus alone, our deepest desires for a blessed life will be hindered.

When we blend these four noble objectives—spiritual truth, moral integrity, disciplined habits, and Christ-centered purpose—success becomes supernaturally accessible to every household of faith.

Through HALBLOG and our shared vision at Household TV, we are committed to equipping families with the tools for moral growth, creative innovation, and unwavering faith. Join us in reclaiming the home as the Church of the Home—a sanctuary where the Gospel is lived daily, virtues are nurtured, healing flows, and God’s presence dwells.

To Him be all glory, honor, and power forever.

In His Service,
